STORE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges
We will not accept returns of any kind. Exchanges can be made within 3 days for an item(s) of the same value as long as the item has not been any further damaged since purchase. All exchanges are approved by the employees of My Mom's Closet and can be subject to denial if it is deemed that the item is unable to be exchanged.
ITEM QUALITY ASSURANCE
All of our items were privately owned and bought in an official store (lululemon, Athleta, Gucci, Tom Ford, etc). All items are either new (with tags) or gently worn. Any item with a rip or stain will have photos and inclusion of the damage in the description. Any damaged items will be priced accordingly. We do not allow any rips or stains more than 1/2 inch.
